B12 Injections Can Help You Look and Feel Younger

What Is Vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12, also known as cyanocobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin required by the body in order to function properly. It is vital in a number of different biological processes. These processes include DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation, energy production, nerve cell health, and general neurological function.

The B12 vitamin is an essential part of good health. It’s naturally found in foods you eat, including meats, milk, eggs, and other dairy products and plays a vital role in the production of red blood cells.

Why You Might Need B12 Injections?

Aging and certain medical conditions affect your body’s ability to absorb B12, leaving you feeling tired and forgetful. While vitamin supplements can provide your body with the B12 it needs to function properly, injections ensure your body properly absorbs and utilizes the vitamin.
