Syneron Candela CO2RE is the versatile fractional CO2 system that enables precise targeting to effectively treat the skin’s surface, middle, and deep dermal levels. The C02RE Fractional Laser Resurfacing removes layers of skin tissue in a fractionated method (columns of skin are removed, leaving the skin surrounding each column intact to aid in healing). CO2RE is a faster and more versatile solution for skin resurfacing, wrinkle and scar reduction, traditional ablation and minor dermal excisions.

This is NOT your old traditional Fractional CO2 Laser which required you to be in the operating room under general anesthesia. This new technology CORE Fractional CO2 laser can be done in 30 minutes while only using a topical numbing agent so anesthesia does not have to be used.
