As the dashcam shows, OP is driving at 59 MPH,
Suddenly, a driver in a logging truck with empty load accelerates and passes OP.
They start in a passing zone, but since they’re not fast vehicles, per se, by the time they can safely cut OP off, they’re now in a no-passing zone on a blind corner.
It becomes apperent why it’s a no-passing zone as the headlights of oncoming traffic come dangerously close to colliding with the logging truck.
Thankfully, the logging truck cuts over in time, but it was an unnecessary and risky maneuver.
“They were close enough to oncoming traffic that I’d be all puckered up for sure,” the top comment from /u/Vwampage reads.
“It took one second from when the trailer fully crossed back into the right lane to when the oncoming car passed it. That guy is a piece of s***,” /u/HogDad1977 added.
